Role Overview
Quantity Surveyor to manage all cost aspects of MEP contracting projects from tender preparation to final account settlement.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare bills of quantities and tender documents
- Manage project costs and cash flow
- Negotiate with sub-contractors and suppliers
- Prepare interim payment applications and final accounts
Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
- 3+ years QS experience in MEP contracting
- Proficient in Excel, CostX, or similar QS software
- Experience in Qatar preferred
